Employee engagement software company Results.com has been listed among TiECon’s 50 top startups for 2014.

TiECon, in the US, is billed as the world’s largest entrepreneurship conference and begins its awards programme by selecting top startups to be reviewed by a panel of judges including entrepreneurs, VCs, angel investors, CEOs and tech experts.

Each vertical: mobile, energy, software, life sciences and internet, has seven judges.

These top startups are judged on their business model, IP value and leadership team and narrowed to a list of about 100 finalists (20 in each category) that presented to judges.

There were 2800 entrants from 27 countries.

Results.com has reached $1 million in recurring revenue since it began a year ago, says CEO Ben Ridler.

“In the past year we’ve seen rapid growth; clients have observed a 139 percent boost in productivity by implementing our management platform,” he says.
