Sad news, Ideologues. Our beloved editor Hazel Phillips is leaving the building next month, so we're looking for a suitably exceptional person to step into her shoes.
Maybe that's you! Or someone you know! Read on...
New Zealand’s best business magazine seeks New Zealand’s best business editor. For only the second time in nine years, Idealog seeks a new editor to inspire a nationwide community of Kiwi entrepreneurs across print, online, social and in events.
The ideal candidate is a business journalist with magazine experience and a hankering to dig, dig and dig for the untold stories of Kiwi entrepreneurial success. A flair for networking and driving commercial results will help secure this sought-after position.
You will be ably assisted by a small team of journalists, designers and sales people along with a portfolio of established freelancers. Idealog has a strong and growing audience and has won Business Magazine of the Year every year since 2005.
Idealog is produced by Tangible Media, one of New Zealand’s largest independent media companies, responsible for such award-winning titles as Dish, Good, NZ Rugby World, NZ Marketing and Stoppress.co.nz. Tangible is wholly owned by Image Centre Group, one of the fastest growing and diverse marketing communications companies in the country.

Give over $5 a month and you will not only be supporting New Zealand innovation, but you’ll also receive a print subscription, an Idealog t-shirt and a copy of the new book by David Downs and Dr. Michelle Dickinson, No. 8 Recharged (while stocks last).
