Building intent: win your very own Josh Lancaster mini-masterpiece

For Idealog's just-released design issue, we got some of our favourite humans from the fields of art, design, architecture and creative business to play with Lego. Artist Josh Lancaster (or, more accurately, the Josh Lancaster 'mini-figure') developed a series of Lego landscapes inspired by Auckland and Hawkes Bay. And he's generously offered to give one of his masterpieces away to one lucky Idealogger.

If you want this beautiful Rangitoto in Lego, email with the subject line 'Block Party'. Bribes and/or praise and/or sob stories will greatly enhance your chances of winning.

And if you want to check out some of Lancaster's other amazing work, head to his Facebook page

Idealog has been covering the most interesting people, businesses and issues from the fields of innovation, design, technology and urban development for over 12 years. And we're asking for your support so we can keep telling those stories, inspire more entrepreneurs to start their own businesses and keep pushing New Zealand forward. Give over $5 a month and you will not only be supporting New Zealand innovation, but you’ll also receive a print subscription, an Idealog t-shirt and a copy of the new book by David Downs and Dr. Michelle Dickinson, No. 8 Recharged (while stocks last).
