Idealog and Sprout Accelerator set out to find the future of food production in New Zealand, and the grand winner is Michal Garvey, the founder and director of Foodprint. She will go on to develop her food rescue app in the Sprout Accelerator in 2020, while also jetting off on a trip to the Natural Products Expo in California, USA next year.
