Friday Frivolities: Obama’s mean tweets, Pac Man, one cute kid, and more …

Five bits of frivolity for a hearty dose of Friday distraction.

Jimmy Kimmel’s “Mean Tweets” feat: President Obama
The fact that Jimmy Kimmel’s people somehow even managed to get the President of the United States on the show is extraordinary, even though the tweets he read were maybe a bit soft.

Pac Man’s the bad guy?!
While we’re not fans of Adam Sandler or Kevin James by any means, the concept behind this new film is fantastic. Directed by Chris Columbus, the film is based on former graphics designer Patrick Jean’s original short produced in 2010.

The 12-year-old who’s a tanner, blacksmith, carpenter and more!
Earlier this week, 19-year-old Indy Griffiths became the youngest ever equity crowdfunder. Young people are making waves doing extraordinary things, so it’s no surprise when a video gets made about one Henry Miller.

Henry Miller is 12. He tans his own hides, makes bows, arrows and boats, forges weapons, even wears a jerkin. In fact, he can do everything a man needs to do living in the middle of the woods. It’s like he’s plucked straight out of a Wes Anderson film.

Stupid things people do, part deuce
Last week we showed a guy sticking his tongue into a Venus flytrap. This week, another dumb guy tries to eat while on a roller coaster. Heh.

Do you hear that bass, mom?
This little kid has a bright future as a DJ, we’re sure of it.
