New Zealand's Beare Design has come up with the winning design in a contest recently run by Australian-based crowdsourcing website DesignCrowd.
"DesignCrowd thought it would be great see what you can create for the New Zealand people. Whether it's the famous Kiwi bird, Maori designs, a sports inspired flag, or something totally new, we want to see what you come up with," it said in the design brief.
The competition attracted 180 designs from 29 designers. The entry won $300 for first place and two participation payments of $20.
