If you’re in PR or media, you’ll know it can be hard to see eye to eye over the fence. But the Inside Story conference is a chance to get the inside word on media relations success and how to manage your organisation’s reputation at all levels of the company.
That might mean dealing with a potential issue or making the most of a positive story.
This year the conference takes a look at media relations in the digital age and features talks from APN, Mediaworks, Fairfax Media, Kiwiblog, NZ Rugby, Socialize, KiwiMilk, DB Breweries and more.
Held in Auckland on 23 and 24 September, attendees can learn about what makes a good story, how the media landscape is changing, delve into some of the biggest media crises in recent times, upskill, network and hear war stories from those who’ve been there and done that.
And it would be remiss not to mention that all attendees go in the draw for a 12 month subscription to Idealog mag. Click here to find out more or to register.
We’ve also got a conference pass to give away. Just leave a comment telling us your best tip for getting a good story across in the media. The competition closes on 15 August and is open to NZ residents only.
