Listen: The Ground Breaking Podcast's Eli Smit interviews Waking Giants' Grant Difford

It’s not often you stumble across a ten-year-old New Zealander hosting a business podcast, but then again, most ten-year-olds aren’t like self-proclaimed budding entrepreneur Eli Smit. After discovering Smit as our Emerging Talent, we will be hosting season two of Smit's podcast on Idealog. In this episode, Smit chats with Grant Difford, the co-founder and CEO of creative agency Waking Giants. Difford talks to Smit about his massive ambition, the hard times that shaped his leadership and how he is keeping one eye on creativity and the other on entrepreneurship.
