Listen: The Ground Breaking Podcast's Eli Smit interviews Pic's Peanut Butter's Pic Picot

It’s not often you stumble across a ten-year-old New Zealander hosting a business podcast, but then again, most ten-year-olds aren’t like self-proclaimed budding entrepreneur Eli Smit. After discovering Smit as our Emerging Talent, we will be hosting season two of Smit's podcast on Idealog. In the latest episode, Smit interviews Pic Picot, the CEO and founder of Pic's Peanut Butter who has gone from operating out of his garage to running a multi-million-dollar factory which sees more than 20 thousand jars a day exported. But before peanut butter, Pic had started probably more businesses than years Smit has been alive. Picot has a chat about his journey, what he has learnt over the years and how delegation enabled him to build his peanut butter empire.
