How we can end the poverty gap within our lifetime

Oxfam's research earlier this year showed that New Zealand’s two richest men owned the same wealth as the poorest 30 percent. Executive director of Oxfam New Zealand Rachael Le Mesurier says the story of wealth inequality is a story of the super-rich, as new wealth created in each year continues to be concentrated among the already extremely wealthy. She says this is not a sign of success, but of economic failure, and outlines what we can do about it.
