Arianna Huffington on disruption, change and lying down on the job

Arianna Huffington swooped into Auckland for some glad-handling and sharing stories from her time as an author, political pundit and founder of the Huffington Post.

Her views on politics, frocks and “sleeping your way to the top” (a reference to her new book Thrive) are well known, so we thought her ability to remake herself and handle change was the most interesting aspect of her career so far. In this interview with our publisher Vincent Heeringa she says preparedness to change is a key attribute for modern leadership.

We’re grateful to Anthem, ASB, Fairfax and The Briefing for the opportunity.
