Better infrastructure, governance, mobility, living ... working to build a smarter city is kind of a no-brainer.
Smart cities, however, are still somewhat of a fuzzy concept. AUT and ng Connect are hosting a forum next month in an effort to hash it out and break it into tangible topics or services and applications for Auckland to adopt.
It'll feature addresses from industry experts within Chorus, ATEED, AUT University and Alcatel-Lucent on what a smart city means to business, economy and individuals.
