Join The Pantograph Punch tomorrow night (June 13) for an evening of adventures in bad jobs.
For some, it’s a cold call that turns into an impromptu counseling session. For others, it’s an afternoon spent in full-body latex handing out drink samples at the supermarket. Whatever the situation, the mantra remains the same. Think of the Pay Cheque.
Part motivational talk, part live storytelling event, Think of the Pay Cheque will be an evening of adventures in bad job experiences, hosted by Barnie Duncan and featuring David Farrier, Nisha Madhan, Tim Lambourne, Matt Nippert, Jo Holsted, Ema Tavola and David Slack. (Get a sense of the speakers' dire job tales here.)

Tickets are $10 from Under the Radar or $15 on the door, and the event is taking place at Auckland Trades Hall, 147 Great North Road, Auckland.
