Internationally renowned expert in time management Robyn Pearce will be partnering with Lance Jensen from Red Hot Business to run a time management workshop on June 7, in Wellington.
The workshop will focus on delegation and time management, responding to a demand Pearce has identified over the past six months.
“Delegation is not one action, it’s a process,” explains Pearce. “It starts with directing, then coaching, then support, and only when our people are fully educated can we expect them to take full responsibility”.
Founder and director of Red Hot Business Coaching Lance Jensen will be joining the workshop as a guest speaker.
Getting a Grip Breakfast Club will take place at the Baldwins Centre, Wellington and tickets are $95 + GST. Visit Getting a Grip for more information.
