Leading change in a changing environment

Change is the only constant, they say, yet change management is something few of us have a handle on.

A group of leaders are gathering on the North Shore this month to explore how to foster resilience, agility, and creative action, and create lasting and effective organisational and social change. Workshops be held on maximising adaptability, collaboration, and community engagement; decision-making with integrity for complex issues; dealing with external pressures and social trends; and developing and prototyping innovative ideas.

Presenters include leadership coast/psychologist Lisa Markwick; HR expert Jo Larsen-Harris; and Curative's Jade Tang and Eddy Helm. See for more details.
