Plenty of wineries (such as our own Yealands) are actively working to reduce their environmental footprint, and in the case of Antinori Winery in Florence, Italy, that includes turning its roof into a vineyard.
According to PSFK, the project wasn’t cheap, clocking in at a whopping €67,000,000. But by making smart use of this real estate, Antinori is setting a precedent for the future and establishing its commitment to sustainability.
