Workshop: Take your business idea to market

Workshop: Take your business idea to market

Ideas are the easy part. It's the next step that's the challenge.

An upcoming Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development two-hour workshop, supported by Massey University’s ecentre, will show how research and development (R&D) can convert a brainwave into a viable business product.

Guest speakers will explore the role of innovation in business, how to select from multiple business ideas, how to validate these ideas, intellectual property protection, and explain access to R&D funding.

The workshop is part of the Fast Track Business Series (future workshops will cover marketing, distribution, succession planning,  and more).

When:  Tuesday, May 1

Where: Massey University, Albany

Cost:    $20 + GST per company registration (up to three attendees). See
