Once practically synonymous with "browser", Internet Explorer is trying to regain ground lost to the likes of Chrome and Firefox with a new web campaign, The Browser You Loved To Hate.
Apparently, since the release of IE9, the tide of hate has abated. In fact, Microsoft's snazzy new Tumblr is all about praise and glowing reviews of the latest IE. Credit where it's due; their various graphs depicting the comeback of many other things, including biro pens and moustaches, are pretty clever.
Plus there are cats involved.
Too little, too late? Or could this be the catalyst that revives IE's fortunes for good?
