Horizon Research Limited has taken the ShapeNZ research service off the hands of the Sustainable Business Council (SBC).
The SBC launched ShapeNZ in 2006 to allow the public to have a say on major policy issues, recruiting a 14,000 member panel representing the adult population.
Horizon, which specialises in online research and operates the nationally-representative HorizonPoll and Horizon Research Maori Panels, will now conduct public issues research for the SBC.
It conducts market research for major local and international corporates and organisations as well as hosting companies’ customer survey panels.
The SBC officially came into being on January 1 as an amalgamation of the New Zealand Business Council for Sustainable Development and BusinessNZ.
