Malaysian-based ISP MyKris Limited has hit the NZAX, becoming the first stock exchange listing of 2012.
MyKris shares debuted at 25 cents each, with a total of 59,920,100 issued.
It was sponsored by IRG, which provided investment banking services in exchange for shares.
IRG managing director Brent King said MyKris had strong profits and was operating in the fast-growing economies of Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
“There simply are not sufficient options for New Zealanders to invest in this region without using expensive structures. We hope to be able to bring other options in the future.”
