Do you have a sustainability story to share? Want to learn hear about actions for addressing climate change? Want to pledge your own? Visit Celsias.co.nz.
Celsias is the new social media site for Kiwis or Kiwi companies who want to share their sustainability initiatives, ideas and stories. And it’s free! Celsias is a joint venture between HB Media (the creators of Idealog) and Celsias.com, the international site of the same name. Think of it as the Facebook of sustainability.
Here’s how it works:
See what others are discussing and pledging. Read the latest news and opinion about Kiwi sustainability and see what other companies are doing to advance their sustianability programmes.
Commit to an action and see what others are pledging to do. Or start your own action and see how popular you can become. The number of degrees relates to how ‘hot’ you and your actions are.
There are dozens of projects already underway. List your own project and follow others. This is a great place to display your green products and services. Think of it as a living directory.
Celsias is a powerful online tool for showing off your credentials, communicating with your peers and generating a following. Best of all, it’s free to use and really easy.
Idealog has been covering the most interesting people, businesses and issues from the fields of innovation, design, technology and urban development for over 12 years.
