Wellington-based jobs.co.nz recently rebranded from a job board to a social recruitment agency, and now it's bringing the power of the infographic to recruiting.
Chief executive Ben Irving says its 'jobgraphics' provide a visually engaging alternative to the standard text ads and give advertisers the ability to generate higher volumes of preferred candidate applications through distribution on their various social channels.
Each graphic is tailored to convey the company culture as well as details about the job being advertised.
“At jobs.co.nz we believe people should love their jobs and be driven to finding new ways to improve how they connect to these jobs," Irving says.
“The future of job advertisements go beyond being a simple text advertisement within a traditional job board format."
