Vampire energy (so named as it stealthily sucks power when devices are plugged in at the wall but turned off) may be a first world problem, but it's a very real one. And it's one that electronics accessories manufacturer Bracketron is out to fight with its new line of batteries and chargers.
The Greenzero chargers will be officially unveiled at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas next week. They can detect when a gadget is fully charged, and cease providing power. They also apparently can tell when a device is unplugged, and act accordingly. Plus they're kinda styley.
