The winners of the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards were announced last Friday, with the top honour going to Precinct Properties' ANZ Centre, which has boosted its value considerably after a complete refurbishment.
The judges said that the project showed "very detailed and innovative planning" and they were impressed with the scope and comprehensive modernisation of the project.
Finalists in this year's awards came from as far and wide as Kaitaia, Warkworth, Auckland, Tauranga, Whakatane, Wellington, Carterton, Porirua, Greytown, Christchurch, Timaru and Wanaka.
