Last year we introduced you to Flatout Frankie, a local outfit that's all about funky folding cardboard furniture, and now it's time to spotlight another terrifically tactile range, this time coming to use via Auckland independent publisher and studio Beatnik Publishing.
New instore there are these most excellent Falter stools, made in Germany and free of fixtures and hinges. You can apparently open them out with just one hand. The material comprises something called resopal-coated 3F-board, a pliable layer which is sandwiched between two wooden boards.
They're currently available in grey and white with other colours available upon request.
