Life without creative expression is no life at all, says Nathaniel Flick.
My first job was ... as a customer service rep for Adobe Systems on summer break from high school opening mail-in registration cards. Bought my first bass with the money from that summer job.
And now the title on my business card is ... Freelance Web Designer.
Which really means... In between jobs.
My day starts with... Coffee and breakfast with the family.
And ends with... The dinner bell.
And in between, I ... Work from my home office designing and building websites in WordPress.
My first artistic memory is... My mom's friends were all musos, and they loved jazz, particularly Miles Davis' Kind of Blue.
If I wasn't doing this, I'd be ... Playing music full time.
I'm inspired by... The amazing light at dusk and how it makes everything look a little bit dramatic, and Italian motorcycle design.
I can't live without... Creative expression.
True 'style' is... style that doesn't change as a result of criticism.
My work in three words is... Usable, simple, effective.
