Essenze opens Parnell shop in grand style

Last night Design Daily ventured into Auckland’s Parnell where members of the creative community packed in amongst an ample amount of delicate and stunning objects to celebrate the opening of the latest Essenze store.

The brainchild of Clare Mora, a long time advocate of exposing Kiwi design to a global audience, the showroom features an eclectic range of products like furniture, lighting, rugs, applied art and objects. More than 40 Kiwi designers are featured on the Essenze roster, including David Trubridge, Miranda Brown, Tim Wigmore, and Rebecca Asquith, many of whom attended last night’s opening.

With wine glasses and beer bottles in hand, it was almost miracle that nothing was broken. And now, for your feasting eyes, some pictures from the event, courtesy of Stuart Hill.
