It’s fascinating to watch Amazon upset so many customers since removing hundreds of gay-themed books from its sales listings. There's been a quick grassroots reaction, including turning Amazon's store into a protest tool by tagging affected books with ‘AmazonFAIL’. Amazon claims it’s a simple error, but many aren’t buying it. The Church of the Customer blog has this handy wrapup. Jeff Bezos was unrepentant over the ‘1-click’ patent brouhaha … perhaps he’ll see this one through too.
