Members of Shark Patrol are prepared to tell others of their experiences with such people and companies. As a member you will immediately have access to this information and this will protect you and your company from risk.

SHARK CHECK: Enables you to check on new customers. Within minutes you will know if these customers have adverse records. You will receive specific names and contact details from other members who have reported bad trading experiences with your new customer. This direct contact with other members will provide vital information on your customer.

SHARK WATCH: Monitors the stability of your existing customer base and puts you in touch with other members who have had unsatisfactory dealings with shared customers. Information is instantaneous, inexpensive and covers any industry, anywhere in New Zealand.

SHARK NET: The promise of an adverse rating on the Shark Patrol database if payment is not received, increases the personal ability to persuade people to pay. Once an adverse rating is recorded against an entity, an alert is immediately sent to every other member also doing business with this same entity - now (Shark Watch) and in the future (Shark Check), for up to five years.

There is a once only joining fee (currently just $45.00) that pays for all establishment costs such as placing a complete Debtor and/or Supplier list on WATCH, and small usage fees, in accord with our Pricing Policy.
