Mahi-Tahi is developing an interactive, dynamic process for work teams to analyse and model what they do. The process itself is simple for team members to learn and use, and appeals to visual, tactile and kinetic learning styles. The outcomes are two-fold: firstly, direct understanding and learning for the team both collectively and individually; and secondly, accumulated metrics that can be analysed, interpreted, compared against appropriate standards, and used in a definable 'Goal Seeking' mode to find better methods and mixes.
