Faster Fasteners have designed the first mass marketable slide nut. Original patents for this type of design date back to the 1830’s with no real solution being presented till now. This design is heralded as a significant breakthrough in fastener technology. American fastener giant, Alcoa has descibed this “a very clever invention”. FF’s premier product the “Aaveds” nut is easier to use than a standard nut, has better grip than a standard nut and is up to 40 times cheaper than its next closest competitor.
