Beauty sleep

Sealy and four New Zealand designers have teamed up to create bespoke fabric panels for the brand’s Exquisite bed, and are selling each one on TradeMe to raise money for the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.

Says Van Henderson, chief executive of NZBCF: “This year’s designs are works of art that anyone would be proud to own. Support women with breast cancer by going on Trade Me and placing a bid – every dollar counts.”

Those looking to freshen up their bedroom furniture can choose from two monochrome mattress designs by fashion designer Juliette Hogan and graffiti artist Elliot O’Donnell of Askew One, or get a bit playful with colourful designs by LeeAnn Yare and World’s Denise L’Estrange Corbet.

Auctions close the evening of October 28.
